Adding Legitimacy To Your Website
Now that you've set your first deadbeat affiliate site into motion by social bookmarking it, I'm going to show you how to add a few more pages to your website. The first page is an "About Me" page. I didn't use to do this in the past, but it adds some legitimacy to your website. Without it, your website gives off the vibe of a low-quality site.
To add the About Me page, return to your WordPress Dashboard and go to Pages and select "Add New." This is the same process as when you added your review page.
The About Me page doesn't need to be anywhere near as crazy as the product review. Here we're just going to include your picture and your name. You don't have to use your real name if you're not comfortable with that. It's perfectly legal to use a pen name. What you can't do is make up claims.
Example About Page
"Bob Jones Here... and I created this skin tag removal treatment blog to help others finally get rid of their annoying little skin tags. See, after having problems with warts and skin tags, I decided to put together this site to act as a resource for all of the treatments that are proven to get good results! If you're looking for what I consider to be the best treatment for skin tags, check out my homepage:

Internal Linking
When you create links to other pages on your own website, the links enhances the ranking of the page it's linking to. You want to make sure you include some kind of keyword in that link. So in my example, I used "Skin Tag Treatment." But you have to be careful not to use the same link anchor text. You have to vary that up all the time. A beginner mistake is to use the same keywords for all links. So while I used "Skin Tag Treatment," I also added additional words, and I will want to change it up every time I link internally.
The whole point is to make the website look good, to provide some links, and to get people visiting different pages from your site.
So one last thing that we need to do. Go to the Appearance -> Menus link, then select "About Me." Make sure the only menu options are "Home" and "About Me."
Recap
I do recommend that every time you create a new page you social bookmark it. The About Me page won't be getting you that much traffic, but at least social bookmark it. Getting those links to this page will help increase the overall search engine ranking of your entire website. I have made commissions just with this kind of social bookmarking.
